1. Who we are. Alastair Grace, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as Piper Jonas ("Piper Jonas," "we"), operates www.piperjonas.com. Contact: bookings@piperjonas.com · 615-330-3050 · Mailing address available on request.

2. Information you give us. When you request a quote, ask about lessons, or contact us, we collect your name and email address and, depending on the form, your phone number, event type or occasion, event date, event address or venue, best contact method, bagpipe experience, the subject of your message, and your message. Some forms also record which page or source your request came from. If you check the box on the quote form, we add your email address to our mailing list. If you hire us, we keep invoice and payment records (name, contact information, amount, date, method). Card and bank details are entered directly with Stripe, PayPal, or Venmo, and we do not receive or store full card or bank numbers.

3. Information collected automatically, and the tools we use. Our website host and the following tools use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location:

We use this information to run and secure the site, understand how visitors use it, and measure whether our ads lead to quote requests. It may also be used to show our ads to past visitors on other websites.

4. How we use information. To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and invoices, schedule and perform services and lessons, send service-related messages, send updates if you opted in, keep business and tax records, prevent spam and fraud, and comply with law.

5. How we share information. With service providers that help us operate (the providers listed above, our payment processors Stripe, PayPal, and Venmo, and our email and file-storage provider, Google Workspace). If you agree, with a substitute piper who covers your event. With our accountant or tax preparer. When required by law or to protect our rights. With a successor business if the business is sold. We do not sell your personal information for money. We also do not share your contact information with other businesses for their own marketing.

6. Emails. Service and invoice emails are sent as needed. Marketing emails are sent only if you opted in. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

7. Your choices. Opt out of Google Analytics: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Manage Google ad personalization: https://adssettings.google.com. Manage Microsoft ad personalization in your Microsoft account privacy settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you (subject to records we must keep for tax purposes), email bookings@piperjonas.com.

8. Do Not Track. Our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Other parties, including Google, Microsoft, and HubSpot, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site.

9. Retention. Inquiries that don't lead to a booking are kept up to 3 years. Invoices and payment records are kept at least 7 years for tax purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

10. Security. We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS on our site and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure.

11. Children. This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Lesson inquiries for a minor should be submitted by a parent or guardian.

12. California residents. This policy is posted to comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

13. Changes. We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. For material changes, we will also post a notice on the site.

Bookings. Performance bookings are governed by the Universal Service Agreement at https://www.piperjonas.com/service-agreement.
